Running Windows XP, 1g Ram, 2.80 GHz processor.
Well lately, my CPU Usage has been flat lining at 100%. I am used to opening an application or program, the usage spiking up to 100%, but then dropping back down and being completely stable around 5%-30%. Now the Usage jacks straight up and stays at 100%, just a completely flat line. When ever I try to open something or load a webpage it takes a ridiculously long time! Much much longer than is average for my computer
I have established that a process called HPRBLOG.EXE is using anywhere from 40% to 100% constantly. My other processes are either taking up 0% (most) or up to 20% (3-4). What I want to know, is what is this process and is it safe to end it?
