I have a compaq presarrio 5000 about six or seven years old, i moved it from one place to another in the same room and when i went to turn it on it will not boot up the only thing on my screen is startup unsucessfull move arrows button up and down...

I have a compaq presarrio 5000 about six or seven years old, i moved it from one place to another in the same room and when i went to turn it on it will not boot up the only thing on my screen is startup unsucessfull move arrows button up and down to start in window normal, and it keeps repeating this what do i do?
