Having an issue with my mother in laws PC. She has no probelm changing themes or downloading / installing new themes. After making changes to her background, sound, etc, she tries to save the theme, Windows will keep her current setting but will not create or change the .theme file. She is using the "Save As" button in the themes tab in Display properties. Was working until recently and not sure why. This is a XP Home PC with no additional installed theme changing apps.
