Hi, After using Dr.Web Cleant it to clean up my xp laptop, it got worst. The laptop loads up but all that i see is the desktop background. No Start bar, not programs on desktop, shortcuts don't work (i.e. "windows"+R, "windows"+E) ONLY TASK...

After using Dr.Web Cleant it to clean up my xp laptop, it got worst. The laptop loads up but all that i see is the desktop background. No Start bar, not programs on desktop, shortcuts don't work (i.e. "windows"+R, "windows"+E) ONLY TASK MANAGER OPENS with CRTL+ALT+DEL.
Please help. Here's the HJT Log
