This has to do with a virus on a friends computer, but I just have a general question, he has a virus that will not let him get past the windows log on screen, I was going to have him log onto safe mode to do some things for me, however, it says when he logs on it will not let him log into safe mode without exiting and getting onto windows normally and activating windows, he is fine with a reformat because he has everything backed up, however, he does not have an emachine cd to do it from, could anyone point me in the right direction?
