After a electric power failure exactly while Windows 2000 Professional was loading
, I have the blue error screen (0x0000007B - INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE). I am trying to fix it through the Windows installation CD. I changed computer setup to boot from CD in both, the 1st and 2nd boot option. Also I put a ‘no’ where it asks if I want it to try any other boot option. This way, it was supposed to boot from the CD, ONLY. The Windows CD, is obvious bootable (I used it when I first installed my Windows). The problem is, the computer starts ok, recognizes the HD and CD, asks me to hit a key BUT, it loads my damaged Windows from the HD ending always at the blue screen. It not boots from the CD where supposedly should be the option to repair the damaged windows. Any suggestion?
