All of the sudden every time I restart my computer an Autoplay progress bar shows up in the left hand corner of my screen for about 5 seconds, and then disappears. It does this many many times over the next 15-20 minutes that the computer is running. Also, an hourglass appears and disappears at the cursor every half second. It's too distracting to do anything. After 20 minutes or so the Autoplay stops showing up, and the hourglass disappears. It is very inconvenient. There is no CD in the drive, no removeable drives or anything, nothing to be autoplayed, it just starts out of nowhere. The computer in question is a Dell laptop with Windows XP. Anyone know how I stop this from happening?
