Just built a computer to hook to my 720p Pana HDTV, but the desktop doesn't fit all the way on my TV. The taskbar is only halfway visible as is the rest of the desktop. I have tried using different resolutions but nothing fixes it. I have the card...

Just built a computer to hook to my 720p Pana HDTV, but the desktop doesn't fit all the way on my TV. The taskbar is only halfway visible as is the rest of the desktop. I have tried using different resolutions but nothing fixes it. I have the card set for 1280x720.

My specs:
Windows XP Pro
ATI Radeon X850
Hooked up via DVI-to-HDMI converter cable
