I had some virusses that was cleaned and I used Malware anti malwarebytes , super antispyware and spybot to clean the system from any other software. I used registry mechanic to clean the registry and cleanup to get rid of all the rubbish files....

When I start the pc it is still extremely slow. It takes about 5 minutes to boot. When I use a program for the first time after a reboot it opens slowly but after that it flies.
I have a 1.6 Dual core cpu with 1gb ram. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
