Trying to install vodaphone mobile internet software from a disc. It installed on PC but when trying on laptop running XP it says admin privileges are required. There is only one account and it is an administrator account. I have tried creating...

Trying to install vodaphone mobile internet software from a disc.
It installed on PC but when trying on laptop running XP it says admin privileges are required. There is only one account and it is an administrator account.
I have tried creating another admin account but still has same error. (The is setup same as laptop ??) Why will this not install .. Any ideas would be great..
