Someone I know has the above mentioned AiO and they say that lately it does things like cut off an inch of the left margin, or when they go to to print a web page, many elements (pictures, certain text) are completely missing.

(It printed okay for me).
I have completely uninstalled all the HP software and printer drivers for the printer and reinstalled using the original install CD, following all the directions to the letter (including unplugging, plugging in the USB cable when prompted). They say the same problems still persist.
This printer has been around for less than a year, but these problems only began to crop up in the last few days. Not sure what to try next.
